WHAT IS MUTABLE?

Mutable is Anticto’s Character Customisation middleware for Unreal Engine.

Mutable gives maximum performance on real time in-game character customization and high productivity on offline character creation workflow.

USE MUTABLE IN:

Realtime in-game character customization
Build your Mutable character models from your own assets with no restrictions on the skeleton, design what is customizable and let the players choose character variations in real time. Mutable removes unseen meshes, handles polygon clipping, generates and packs layouts/textures and integrates into the UE4 LOD system, preparing assets for optimal in-game use.
Offline character production pipeline
Let your designers turn a few dozen character part assets into a vast array of different characters just using the UE4 node system. Import your own assets, mix & match, add variations, apply colour and texture effects, morph, clip, project, transform and prevent z-fighting between layers of clothing. Generate massive amounts of varied character types and bake them to standard UE4 mesh and texture assets with no run-time penalty.
